convenient access to transport, nearby food outlets, pod coffee machine
The cigarette smell in the hallways and possibly from the air conditioning system left a lot to be desired!!! Also, the cramped room layout made it difficult to function comfortably!!!

The location near the railway station is ideal, providing easy access to shops and restaurants. The room offered a lovely pod coffee machine, and the beautiful view from my 19th-floor window made mornings special. However, the room was cramped with limited storage space, and the lack of an onsite bar or room service was disappointing. Additionally, the bathtub was quite small for comfort.

Extremely clean and well-maintained hotel.
My stay was quite disappointing. The room temperature was uncomfortably warm, making it hard to relax. I had hoped for a more pleasant environment, but the air quality left much to be desired. It truly affected my overall experience.

I had a wonderful experience at Nikko Hotel in Kawasaki. The location is perfect, just steps from the station. My room offered stunning views, and the breakfast was a delightful start to my day, although I did miss out on a custom egg. Staff seemed overwhelmed at times, yet my stay was quite enjoyable overall.

I booked a Comfort Double Room with a Small Double Bed, and the view from the 19th floor was stunning. Waking up to that every morning set a great tone for the day. The check-in process was quick and efficient, making me feel welcome right away. The hotel is super close to JR Kawasaki Station, which made it really easy for me to get around. Lots of restaurants and shops are nearby, so finding meals was a breeze. However, the room got quite hot at times, and despite my efforts, the air conditioning didn’t seem to help much. The window also couldn’t be opened for fresh air. I didn’t try the breakfast since the area offered plenty of food choices, so I can’t speak on that. Overall, I’d stay again for the location and the view, but I’d hope for better temperature control next time.

missingWrote a review on 15 Junprime locationspacious entrancesmall rooms
The location is prime, right next to the JR railway station, making it easy to hop on trains. The entrance feels impressive and spacious, which gives a good first impression.
Rooms tend to be small and cramped, especially when dealing with larger luggage. storage space is limited, which can be a hassle. Soundproofing leaves something to be desired, as you can hear doors closing and conversations in the hallways—especially if your room is near the elevator. For a long stay, the breakfast menu lacks variety, especially for those avoiding pork and alcohol. Additionally, there isn’t a 24x7 café or proper bar, which limits late-night options for drinks.

Perfect Location with Great Views
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, especially enjoying the breathtaking views from my room on the 19th floor. The elegant lobby made a great first impression, and the quick check-in was appreciated. Its proximity to the JR Kawasaki Station made it incredibly convenient for exploring the area. The only downside was the temperature in the room, which could have been a bit more comfortable.

The location is superb with easy access to two train stations and various dining options nearby. The staff members provided excellent service during check-in and check-out, making the experience smooth and enjoyable.
The room decorations felt a bit outdated.
